On June 14th, international students in Northeastern University gather for a traditional Chinese food experience of “Making Zongzi over the Dragon Boat Festival.”Cooks from the university canteens instruct the oversea students to make Zongzi. They fold the leaves, fill the glutinous rice and candied jujubes, and fasten the irisensata thunb. Both teachers and students display their skills and ultimately change the leaves and glutinous rice into Zongzi of various forms.
