What comes to your mind when speaking about Xinji? The “Xinji – Capital of Leather” at the entrance of Xinji Garden is perhaps the best answer. Recently, the reporter visited Xinji Garden, and a giant background wall in red color shows a set of relief sculptures which tells the story of the development of Xinji’s trade and commerce culture as well as the city’s development in modern times.
Zhao Jincan, the on-site manager of Xinji Garden, told the reporter that the park occupies an area of 4,900 square meters and received a total investment of more than 8 million RMB yuan. The cliffs, gullies and holes, and canyons make the tour experience more dimensional and interesting.
Buildings in Xinji Garden are also inspired by ancient architecture styles. Stepping inside, one feels like standing in local business center of a hundred years ago. A large number of exhibition items showcase the trade and commerce history, leather culture and wine-making culture. Eight paintings of Xinji farmers exhibited in Quanjuzhuang will be a highlight in the whole exhibition.
“A Beautiful World Hidden Behind” is another feature of Xinji Garden. Stepping upward from a seemingly ordinary place, you will soon come in front of a spacious green land. Walking towards it, however, you will again find yourself surrounded by valleys – Xinyi Valley , and Sanqiu Ancient Cave.
“The construction of Xinji Garden is about to complete. Now, the construction unit and design unit are working closely to make details more sophisticated. We would like to show it to tourists with a more beautiful look.” Said Zhao Jincan.
