Thousands of teachers, students and volunteers witnessed more than 20 rescued birds of national-level protection being released to nature from large wooden boxes, including red-crowned cranes and the like.
They are wild rare birds that have been poisoned or injured, and discovered and rescued in Qinhuangdao by citizens and volunteers since 2019, and have been recovered after careful treatment. The spring and autumn are the seasons when migratory birds move south or north. It is more conducive for the birds to returning to the population of migratory birds at this time.
