Qinhuangdao railway depot immediately made deployment to organize special persons to learn the relevant requirements for material entry, loading and unloading, etc., and dispatched a box wagon to transport anti-epidemic materials.
The depot coordinated and organized to speed up the process of sending the materials, prioritizing the loading and transportation to ensure that the materials are loaded and transported immediately. At the same time, the depot adjusted the schedule in a timely manner, and launched the emergency transportation guarantee mechanism, to opened up green channels with the help of the Beijing Company Group that contacted the railway departments along the route, prioritizing transportation, and ensured that materials are sent to Xianning quickly and smoothly.
At 9:50 on February 8, anti-epidemic materials arrived on time at the cargo yard of Qinhuangdao South Railway Station. Vehicles, loading personnel, and equipment were already waiting at the designated place for the intense and orderly loading. At noon that day, the train set off smoothly.
