The Department of Culture and Tourism of Hebei Province held a special meeting and issued the Notice on the Reopening of Class A Scenic Spots and Public Cultural Venues to deploy the orderly reopening of the class A scenic spots and Public Cultural Venues across Hebei.
The Notice requests to adhere to normal prevention and control, orderly reopening, reservation and limited visitor flow. With effective anti-epidemic measures, the outdoor parts of tourist attractions such as natural landscape and cultural landscape shall be reopened except for the karst cave scenic spots and high-risk tourism projects. The theaters, places for publication and education, catering service areas, and interactive display areas in the public cultural venues shall not be reopened.
Measures such as real-name system, interval online ticket booking, and limited visitors shall be adopted in scenic spots and public cultural venues, to reduce the close contact and queuing and gathering of people. Special personnel shall be appointed to guide visitors and keep order at the crowded bottleneck areas such as entrances and exits, important visiting points, and congested points at scenic spots and public cultural venues. The reopened class A tourist attractions and public cultural venues shall strictly implement the reservation and limitation, to keep the daily reception under 30% of the maximum carrying capacity, and ensure the distance between tourists is more than 1 meter.
We shall fully implement the health code registration and inspection, ensure that personnel information records are accurate so that they can be traced, strengthen intelligent management and service function construction to help the visitors make appointments for admission, and accelerate the construction of intelligent access control so that the detection process can be simple and convenient, and ensure the orderly and controllable personnel activities.
