Qinhuangdao (The Great Wall Network/reporter Zhang Qi, correspondent Cao Jianxiong)--Recently, based on the actual situation of the institutional reform in towns and sub-districts, the comprehensive administrative service center of Donghuan Street sub-district, Haigang District, Qinhuangdao City created a high-speed channel of window service, to serve the people.
In accordance with the principle of “one window, multiple services,” the workers serve the people with the mode of “one-stop window service”, put up the QR code of “scanning to know the procedure”, so that residents can know the process by scanning the QR code, and opened a green channel for residents who are in inconvenience, to explore the way of “online + offline” checkout or on-site services, aiming to deal with the people’s policy consultations and complaints in a timely manner, and get through the “last kilometer” of serving the people.
