At the construction site of the project, Wang Zhen, the person in charge, introduced the fourth batch of passive houses under construction. The fourth batch of passive houses has improved the construction method of the frameworks of doors and windows; the indoor environment machine adopts independent fresh air and independent air conditioning of water system, DC variable frequency unit system with higher heat recovery rate, ceiling installation with completely independent control in each room, which makes cooling and heating more convenient and fresh air operating independently; the new wireless automatic connect and control mode and remote APP control system are used to recognize the smart home linkage function.
