The Haigang District Administration for Market Supervision conducted supervision and inspection on workplaces of cold chain food production and operation in the district.
They focused on the qualifications of enterprise, raw materials, documents and sources of the imported cold chain food, urging enterprises to adjust and update food safety management systems in accordance with the requirements for the epidemic prevention and control, adding measures for COVID-19 prevention and control, and doing a good job in the epidemic prevention and control of staff members and food production and operation.
They also required enterprises to implement responsibility and strictly inspect the imported cold chain food, of which without the approval of the inspection and quarantine department, the nucleic acid test, or the disinfection certificate are not allowed for sale unless the nucleic acid test and disinfection are done, to guarantee the food safety of imported cold chain.
