The content of science fiction requires scientific proofs. Based on the knowledge, experience, and imagination, the pupils express their fancy about the universe, future human life, social development, and science and technology. They love to draw the world with science fiction paintings and their direct, simple and profound feelings.

The 2nd Primary School of Qinhuangdao Development Zone established a science fiction painting club to cultivate students’ sense of innovation, which offers science fiction painting courses after school every Tuesday afternoon. There are about 20 members of the club. Wang Li said, “Science fiction painting is a good way for students to get in touch with, explore, and love science. It is also a good way to cultivate young students’ imagination and thinking ability. It can improve their basic skills of painting and creativity.”
