The policemen from the Beidaihe New District Brigade of Qinhuangdao Detachment of the Hebei Coast Guard Management Corps are inspecting the fishing boats at the Xinkaikou Wharf in Beidaihe New District.
The coast guard policemen checked and filed the crew’s identification on yachts and domestic trade ships, and mobilized the masses to participate in the management of ship entry and exit signatures and records through WeChat group, to avoid hazards and prevent negligence.

Since April 23, the policemen have inspected 195 wharves and 879 ships, visited 1,681 fishermen, and updated 359 files; they have checked 83 key breeding places and enterprises, and visited 662 immigrants; they have issued more than 1,400 pamphlets, signed more than 320 public security management responsibility certificates, conducted 6 legal education, and rectified 11 hidden dangers; they have investigated and handled 2 administrative cases of fishing boats, a vessel without licenses, and 2 cases of illegally setting off fireworks and firecrackers at the docks; they have transferred 3 unlicensed fishing vessels to the marine and fishery departments, effectively purifying the coastal public security environment.
