The “China Fishery Law Enforcement 13106” law enforcement vessel was delivered for its maiden voyage on July 1, marking the improvement of the marine law enforcement equipment. The fishery law enforcement officers aboard were excited, they looked out, took pictures, and talked about the performance of the boat.
The new vessel is of great significance for improving the maritime control and law enforcement capabilities, ensuring the safety and stability of maritime order in the tourist peak season, and a good marine ecological environment.
As a gift for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC and a practical activity for party history learning and education, Qinhuangdao Ocean and Fishery Bureau held a ship delivery ceremony at 11 am on July 1, and the fishery law enforcement officers participated in the ceremony, and conducted their first patrol of the new vessel.
The China Fishery Administration 13106 cutter is 53.2 meters long and 7.8 meters wide. It is equipped with twin aircraft and double propellers, with a design speed of 18 knots and an endurance of 2,000 nautical miles.
It is best law enforcement cutter with the largest tonnage and best safety performance, and it is also the most advanced ship among similar fishery law enforcement ships in China.
To meet the requirements of law enforcement tasks, the vessel is equipped with advanced firefighting and navigation systems, and special law enforcement equipment such as photoelectric tracking and video command, so that the communication of sea and land information can be made through the VSAT or E-communication (4G) network.
There are 5 fishery law enforcement vessels, including one 300-ton vessel, one 100-ton vessel, one 40-ton vessel, and 2 high-speed yachts.
The large and medium-sized law-enforcement vessels and small-sized law-enforcement yachts can work together to maintain the order of fishery production, protect fishery resources, and emergency rescue in 1,800 square kilometers of sea area and 163 kilometers of coastline.
The head of the Qinhuangdao Ocean and Fishery Bureau said that under the leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, under the guidance and support of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, they have cooperated with the maritime police and maritime affair administration, doing a good job in supervision, management and law enforcement of fishing boats and ports in the summer fishing moratorium, cracking down on illegal fishing vessels, and ensuring the stability of Qinhuangdao waters.
