On August 25, a large-segment assembled bridge erecting machine with multiple intelligent technologies was successfully manufactured in Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone. Compared with the traditional bridge erecting machine, its efficiency was increased by more than 50%.
The machine will be delivered to the Philippines for local high-speed railway construction.
Qinhuangdao Tianye Tonglian Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. spent 3 months to develop this equipment. With the maximum span of 40 meters, the total length of 102 meters, the height of 13 meters, and the width of 10 meters. It is large-scale bridge construction equipment with sensors, automatic erection technology, big data, and cloud computing technology.
As a segmented bridge assembling and erecting equipment, it is suitable for bridge erection construction projects of sea-crossing bridges, river-crossing bridges, large highways and railways. It has remote operation and maintenance system, diagnosis system, monitoring system and digital twin system.
It can automatically do the beam operations, and monitor the construction with simultaneous analysis.
“Compared with the traditional bridge erection equipment in the past, this product reduces labor by 50%, lessens the cost pressure of construction enterprises, and decreases the time for erecting a beam to 1.5 days. It is a new attempt and technological innovation both in terms of technical application and engineering efficiency improvement.” said Wang Dajiang, director of the Intelligent Research Institute and deputy chief engineer of Tianye Tonglian.
The smart equipment is of great significance to the bridge construction of high-speed railway and expressway. As the first batch of exported equipment in China, it will greatly promote the construction of transportation facilities in countries along the “Belt and Road”.
