From October 31 to November 2, Ye Dongsong, member of the National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, led some members of the National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference who are resident in Hebei to investigate the development of health care industry in Qinhuangdao. Ye Dongsong stressed that it is necessary to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the 19th Party Congress, conscientiously implement the requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, strengthen top-level design, promote reform and innovation, do a good job in project construction, and optimize the development environment, so as to fully promote the sustainable and healthy development of health care industry.
During the inspection, Ye Dongsong and his delegation visited Life Science Garden, Sinobioway International Health Center, Contec Medical Systems Co.,Ltd, Huisianpu Medical Systems Co.,Ltd, and National Research Center for Rehabilitation Technical Aids to learn more about the development, operation management and technological innovation of health care industry.
On the evening of November 1, on behalf of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, Zhang Ruishu reported on the economic and social development of Qinhuangdao and the development of health care industry at the symposium. The members of the National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the leaders of the relevant departments of Hebei Province and Qinhuangdao have conducted in-depth exchanges on the development of health care industry, the construction of Beidaihe Life and Health Industry Innovation Demonstration Zone, the transfer of Beijing's non-capital functions, the establishment of retired expert bank, and the development of ice and snow industry.
