On the morning of January 6, 2019, the partial solar eclipse appeared in Qinhuangdao! Seen from the coastline, the eclipsed sun reflected in the vast sea was surrounded by a red halo, which looked like a beautiful painting.

At 7:40 in the morning, you saw a small gap on the top of the sun. As the sun rose, the gap was gradually getting bigger.
At 8:34, the upper left gap covered almost 1/3 of the diameter of the sun. Then the moon gradually drifted away from the left, and the sun was fully rounded at 09:41.

It lasted about two hours from the beginning to the end. The reefs in the distance, the fishing boats in the dawn, the sparkling sea surface, and the partial solar eclipse landscape complemented each other and blended together, showing a unique scenery.
The partial solar eclipse is rarely seen in Qinhuangdao, so it is particularly precious. Why bother to envy the distance if you can enjoy such a beautiful scenery at home?
