Recently, under the unified leadership of Hebei Maritime Safety Administration, the three-dimensional patrol was jointly launched by Qinhuangdao Maritime Safety Bureau and Tangshan Maritime Safety Bureau, in order to severely crack down on vessels illegally engaged in maritime transport in inland waters of Hebei province. The leaders of the Navigation Department of Hebei Maritime Safety Administration conducted in-depth on-site guidance. During the operation, 3 boats, one drone and 32 law enforcement personnel were deployed, with a total of 17 hours of patrolling, covering 300 nautical miles, and 2 illegal ships were found and investigated.
The three law enforcement vessels on the joint patrol departed from the two bureaus at the same time, and rushed to the border waters of the jurisdiction in three directions to surround the customary routes and main gathering points of the sandstone vessels. At the same time, Tangshan Maritime Safety Bureau sent drones to conduct air patrol to cooperate with sea patrol boats and land shore support, forming a three-dimensional patrol mode of “three-in-one”, cracking down on the illegal boats on the inland water with quickly lock and accurate strike.
This action has deepened regional law enforcement cooperation, enhanced the maritime law enforcement deterrence, and achieved good results. In the next step, Qinhuangdao Maritime Safety Bureau will continue to cooperate with the surrounding maritime law enforcement forces, continue to innovate patrol measures, improve law enforcement efficiency, jointly crack down on illegal navigation of inland vessels, and strive to create a safe, stable, harmonious and orderly sea navigation environment. .
