Qinhuang Impression Town project intends to restore the appearence of ancient Haiyang Town following cultural gene thereof to build a commercial district

leisure & holiday spending, culture & tourism consumption into one and is to be located inside Haiyang Town covering 214 hectares within the programmed area
with Hai’an Street on the south, Haiguo Street on the north, Datanghe River on the east and Haisheng Road on the West.

Total investment of the project is USD228.22 thousand including USD136.93 million from domestic party and the rest 91.29 million is expected from the

Tourism Development of Liuhe Valley of Lulong County
I. Contents of Project
Covering 3000 hectares, on the basis of rich wine grape and table grape resources in Liuhe area, the following will be further cultivated including grape
picking, wine producing, and wine culture. Subsidiary projects are thermal spring town, wine town, aquatic park of Weiziyu and fit keeping path. This will be
shaped in to a bodega cluster and leisure spending area themed by wine culture.

III. Market Analysis
China’s wine consumption is obviously increasing. Wine consumption of 2013 increased 2.75 times compared with 2007. In 2014 China exceeded France
and Italy to become the largest wine consumer of the world. Over 80% of this consumption is produced inside China which is the 5th wine producer of the world.
The project boasts broad market potential for the sound ecological environment and wide plantation of wine grapes.
IV. Situation of Construction
Lulong County enjoys suitable geological and climate factors for grape growth. Wine grape base and wine producers is in scaled development. The county
is entitled base of China’s wine grape and the most valuable wine producing area. In 2005 wine produced in Lulong is listed in Changli Wine which is under
protection of geographical indication product. There are 16 wine producers in surrounding areas. And the location boasts convenient transport. It's 18 km to
Beidaihe airport and 26 km to Lulong exit of Beijing-Haerbin expressway.

Tourism Development of the Great Wall and the Mountains in the Northern Area of Lulong
I. Contents of Project
Location of the project is from Jiulong Thermal spring of Liujiaying in the west to Xidakeng of Yanheying town in the east with programmed area of about
50 km2. 6 tourism blocks are planned surrounding the 25 km Great Wall in the northern part of Lulong County. Several items will be built including thermal spring
castle, folk style museum, marshland park and phenix lake etc to shape a tourist place of leisure spending, experience of mountain and water along the Great
Wall and wine culture model area of along the Great Wall.

Total investment of the project is US$454 million which is expected from investment invitation.
III. Market Analysis
Lulong is on the west of Qinhuangdao as the western gate to face Beijing and Tianjin, at the central place of Beijing-Tianjin Rim and Bohai Rim. It is 2
hours ride to Beijing and Tiajin as the best choice for self-drive tourism of the two big cities. At the same time, there is demand of over 40 million tourists in
Qinhuangdao, indicating a wide market. The project boasts fine market in the country and abroad for the reason it meets the demands for both far and near
tourist as a combination of nature and culture.
IV. Situation of Construction
There are remain of the Great Wall of Ming Dynasty extending 22.6 km with 86 watch towers and beacon towers as well as 3 fort buildings. The project has
fine resources including vine yard, rural views, the Great Wall and Taolinkou wetland. Ancient domestic shelters and villages are well kept. Reservoirs are with

Tourism Development of Lengkou Thermal Spring of Hebei Qinglong Logistics Industrial Park

the forge the brand of the No 1 thermal spring along the Great Wall to cultivate the culture of the Great Wall and thermal spring to present a high end holiday

IV. Situation of Construction
Lengkou thermal spring is called the first thermal spring along the Great Wall and is listed among the eight sceneries beyond the Great Wall. It is at thermal
spring village on the border of Qinglong and Qian’an, 25 km to the exit of Beijing-Shenyang expressway. It is 230 km to Beijing and 220 km to Tianjin. This is
natural resource with a well of 405m drilled by exploration professionals, water temperature at the bottom is 50 ℃ , at the surface, the temperature is 42 ℃ .
Water flow of the well is 20t/h, when pumped, the amount goes to 70t/h. There are ions of calcium, magnesium, sulfate radical and bicarbonate radical etc.
Bathing in the water frequently is good form prevention of several diseases such as skin diseases, cardiovascular and rheumatism etc.
V. Analysis of Economic Efficiency
Upon completion, in a usual year, annual profit averages US$25.88 million, annual income tax estimation is US$9.1 million. Investment profit rate is
18.15%. Payoff period is 6.51 years.

Hebei Qinglong Logistics Park is founded in Nov 2006 with favorable geographic location indicated by convenient transport demonstrated by the distance
to several railway and expressway lines, as well as ports. 25 km from Cangli Country, 50 km from the Qianan entrance of Jingshen expressway, less than 5 km
of Chengqin Badaohe export and Chuhai road; it's 106 km to Qinhuangdao port, 135 km to Jingtang port, 175 km to Caofeidian port and 200 km to Tianjin port.

Feasibility studies completed. Acquisition of 23 hectares land and buildings is completed. This is natural resource with a well of 405m drilled by exploration

Programmed land consumption of the project is about 46 hectares including southern and northern part. The southern part is 19 hectares mainly covers
the national 4A grade tourism scenic area where Emperor Qinshihuang sought immortals,while the northern area is 27 hectares. A modern themed area with
Qin and Han Dynasty cultural connotation is to be shaped by the sea for leisure and holiday spending by taking full use of present humane and natural tourism
resources. Total programmed construction area of the project is 540 thousand m2 including 423 thousand m2 residing area and 45 thousand m2 commercial area
and 72 thousand m2 of other facilitating areas.

Estimated total investment of the project is US$544 million, of which 393 million goes to the northern part and 151 million goes to the southern part, both to

Estimated total investment of the project is US$33.33 million, 27.5 million of which goes to fixed assets and 5.83 million goes to circulating fund. All

III. Market Analysis
With Shahe River as the axis, the bodega area will have a view structure of on horizontal and two vertical. The sight seeing agriculture is a tourism project
and product of both agriculture and tourism as a combined business type.
IV. Situation of Construction
Changli of Hebei is on the 39°north latitude line which is worldly recognized as the producing place of grape and wine. Total wine plantation area is
2000 hectares with major species of cabernet sauvignon, cabinet franc, merlot and selah etc. There are 171 professionals in the area including 15 national
level tasters, indicating evident advantage of technology and professionals. Industrial cluster including wine plantation, winery, barrel production, color printed
